Refund Policy

Billing, cancellation, and when we give your money back.

Last updated 27 July 2026

In short: cancel any time and keep access until the period you paid for ends. Within 14 days of a new purchase, ask and we refund in full, with no reasons needed. If we break something or bill you by mistake, we refund regardless of timing.

1. 14-day money back

If you are unhappy with a new subscription, email billing@wacdum.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. This applies to your first purchase of a plan and to an upgrade to a higher plan.

For consumers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with a statutory cooling-off period, this is in addition to, and never less than, your legal right of withdrawal.

2. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that period ends, then the account moves to a state where your existing links keep working but new uploads are disabled.

We do not automatically refund the unused part of a period on ordinary cancellation, except in the cases below.

3. When we refund beyond 14 days

  • Billing errors: duplicate charges, being charged after a cancellation, or the wrong amount. Refunded in full, always.
  • Extended outage: if the Services are materially unavailable for a prolonged period, we refund the affected time on request.
  • We remove something you relied on: if we discontinue a material feature or change terms to your disadvantage, you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid time.
  • We close your account without cause: unused prepaid time is refunded.

4. When we normally don’t refund

  • You forgot to cancel and the plan renewed. That said, if it renewed within the last few days and you haven’t used it, just ask. We’re reasonable about this.
  • You used a substantial amount of storage or bandwidth during the period and then request a refund for it.
  • Your account was terminated for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Downgrading mid-period, because the change applies at the next renewal.

5. How to request one

Email billing@wacdum.com from the address on your account, with the approximate date of the charge. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
