Reporting content
To report a capture that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, email support@wacdum.com with the link and a short description of the problem. Urgent cases, in particular child safety, are actioned immediately.
Before you write about a problem
It helps us fix things faster if you include:
- the email address on your account;
- the share link or capture code involved;
- your macOS version and Wacdum version, for app issues;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
