In short: Wacdum is for sharing your own screen captures. It is not a general file host, a CDN for your website, or a place to put anything illegal or harmful.
1. Content you must not upload or share
- Anything unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Child sexual abuse material. We report this to the authorities without exception.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors or coercion.
- Content that incites violence, or that harasses, threatens, or targets a person or group.
- Hate content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
- Malware, exploits, or anything designed to damage systems or steal data.
- Phishing pages, spoofed brands or login screens, or anything built to deceive people into giving up credentials or money.
- Material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or trade secrets.
- Other people’s personal or confidential data that you have no right to publish.
2. How you must not use the service
- Hosting images or video for a website, blog, app, or email campaign. Wacdum is for share links, not asset hosting.
- Uploading media that was not captured with Wacdum in order to use us as bulk storage.
- Sharing one account between several people.
- Automated bulk uploading, scraping, or load testing without our written permission.
- Circumventing quotas, plan limits, or access controls.
- Reselling the Services, or wrapping them in your own product, without an agreement with us.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages containing Wacdum links.
- Interfering with the security or availability of the Services or other users.
3. Reporting a problem
If you find content on Wacdum that breaks this policy, email support@wacdum.com with the link and a short description. For copyright complaints use legal@wacdum.com. For security issues see our Security page.
4. What we do about breaches
Depending on severity we may remove the content, disable a link, suspend uploads, or close the account. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what happened and why, and give you a chance to respond or appeal by replying to our email.
Clearly illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. There is no appeal for that category.
